My order doesn't seem to be moving

This usually happens because the tracking services used aren't always accurate. The Shop App does not track the package live, and most of the time shows that it has never moved. Make sure to use the tracking number and track it on a website such as https://www.17track.net. If the order has not arrived within 30 days, please Contact Us.

Also, our butterfly knife trainers sometimes do not make it through customs due to their resemblance of a real knife. If this happens, we will automatically send you a replacement.

My order has not arrived, Can I get a refund?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, Please use the Contact Us page to ask us about refunds. We will first see if we can provide you a more accurate tracking update. As mentioned above, sometimes items can be detained in customs, meaning that we will send a replacement free of charge.

If this isn't the case, we will be happy to provide you with a refund.
